Tokyo Metropolitan Government Virtual Learning Platform

Child consultation centers are administrative institutions established under the Child Welfare Act. In principle, they accept consultations and reports regarding children under the age of 18 from anyone. Adolescent Support Place
We provide parents with a forum to discuss with psychological, medical, and welfare experts about their children who are refusing to go to school or who are withdrawn from society, and support their future social independence. Loan Program to Support Exam Takers
