This facility is for children who are enrolled in municipal junior high schools, but who are absent from school for psychological reasons or who show signs of not attending school, and who are deemed suitable for small group learning.The facility offers "individualized learning" lessons tailored to each student's learning situation, with small class sizes and fewer class hours than the standard number of hours at regular junior high schools.

Chofu City Support Plan for School-Refusing Children and Students
This support plan was created to ensure that all children can receive an education with peace of mind, to create an environment where all children can learn when they want to, and to support the social independence of children throughout society through cooperation between schools, parents, local communities, and related organizations.

Tama Child Consultation Center
Child consultation centers are administrative institutions established under the Child Welfare Act. In principle, they accept consultations and reports regarding children under the age of 18 from anyone.
