In principle, they accept consultations and reports regarding children under the age of 18 from anyone. By providing loans to low-income households that have difficulty paying tuition fees for cram schools and high school entrance exams, we support children who are eager to work towards becoming independent in the future and take the entrance exams to high school or university.

Children who refuse to go to school need to have their schools, families, and adults in the community work together to provide appropriate support tailored to each individual. This document was created to help teachers, parents, and others involved with children who refuse to go to school deepen their understanding of how to provide support and to enable them to work together.
