Harmony School Hamura
Harmony School Hamura is for children who are not attending school for any reason, including psychological factors. We provide a safe place for them to feel at ease, offering support tailored to each child's situation through academic guidance and experiential activities, helping them to become socially independent.

Hamura Virtual Support Room
For children who are currently not attending school or who are prone to not attending school, we provide a virtual space as a new place to belong, aiming to ensure that no one is left behind in education. Through communication with others, we aim to foster a sense of security in children by connecting with others, establish basic lifestyle habits, stimulate motivation to learn, and provide support toward social independence.

Tokyo Metropolitan Educational Counseling Center
We accept a variety of consultations, including advice on friendships and bullying, child-rearing, school life, and issues related to young carers, as well as advice on going on to, transferring to, or enrolling in a metropolitan high school, and what to do after dropping out of high school.

Tachikawa Child Consultation Center
Child consultation centers are administrative institutions established under the Child Welfare Act. In principle, they accept consultations and reports regarding children under the age of 18 from anyone. Child consultation centers are specialized consultation institutions that provide assistance to families and other parties involved and resolve problems so that all children can grow up healthy and reach their full potential.

A forum for parents who support children who are not attending school
This event is aimed at parents of elementary and junior high school students living in Tokyo who are worried or troubled by their children's school refusal. There are four programs available, including seminars by experts and talk events by people who have experienced school refusal, and some programs can be participated in online.

Adolescent Support Place
We provide parents with a forum to discuss with psychological, medical, and welfare experts about their children who are refusing to go to school or who are withdrawn from society, and support their future social independence. We hold lectures three times a year and group meetings to consider how to help children return to school and participate in society.

Youth Restart Place
We support those who dropped out of high school, those who have no experience of attending high school, those who are refusing to attend elementary or junior high school, and those who are reluctant to attend school, as well as their parents.We hold school information sessions where you can hear directly from various types of metropolitan high schools, and provide support for those looking to attend a metropolitan high school.

Loan Program to Support Exam Takers
By providing loans to low-income households that have difficulty paying tuition fees for cram schools and high school entrance exams, we support children who are eager to work towards becoming independent in the future and take the entrance exams to high school or university.
