We accept a variety of consultations, including advice on friendships and bullying, child-rearing, school life, and issues related to young carers, as well as advice on going on to, transferring to, or enrolling in a metropolitan high school, and what to do after dropping out of high school.

Child consultation centers are administrative institutions established under the Child Welfare Act. In principle, they accept consultations and reports regarding children under the age of 18 from anyone. Child consultation centers are specialized consultation institutions that provide assistance to families and other parties involved and resolve problems so that all children can grow up healthy and reach their full potential.

By providing loans to low-income households that have difficulty paying tuition fees for cram schools and high school entrance exams, we support children who are eager to work towards becoming independent in the future and take the entrance exams to high school or university.

Children who refuse to go to school need to have their schools, families, and adults in the community work together to provide appropriate support tailored to each individual. The Tokyo Hikikomori Support Network accepts consultations from people who are suffering from hikikomori, as well as their families. It's okay to consult about even minor worries or vague anxieties.
